If your order was shipped with USPS and you wish to return it, you may mark the order as "Return to Sender." The post office will return the package to our New York mailing address free of charge. For more information, please refer to our return policy.
If your order was shipped with FedEx, UPS, or any other courier service, you will not be able to use the "Return to Sender" option. In this case, please open a support ticket, and we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
