Status of Your Return

If you have not yet received a refund for your return and would like to know the status of your return, please open a support ticket. Be sure to include the following details:

  • Tracking information (if applicable)

  • Order number

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Any other relevant information that can assist us in locating your return.

Return Authorization and Return Process

If you return products that were shipped out more than 30 days ago without return authorization, Party Balloon reserves the right not to issue a refund for these items, and we will not return the products to you.

Returns to Niagara Falls, New York Location

Please note: If you sent your return to our USA 65 Glendale Ave Edison, NJ 08817 location, there are no warehouse or office personnel at that address. As a result, the return process may take longer than usual. All returns sent to our New York address are forwarded to our head office every 3-4 weeks for processing.
