For orders weighing more than 1 lb., a physical address is required for delivery via UPS or FedEx. If a physical address is not provided at checkout, our customer service team will contact you to obtain one.

For international destinations outside of the U.S. and Canada, a physical address is required. Orders will be shipped via FedEx or UPS, as these couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes internationally.
