Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and estimated delivery times are based on your location.
Party Balloons strives to ensure all orders arrive on time. However, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control—such as severe weather, mechanical issues with delivery vehicles, or localized disruptions in transit cities. These delays are more common in remote areas.

While we cannot guarantee delivery by the estimated date provided by courier companies, they successfully deliver approximately 97% of parcels on time.

Ground Shipping Costs & Estimated Times

Flat-Rate Ground Shipping:
We offer a flat-rate ground shipping fee of $8.92 to the mainland USA, regardless of the size or weight of your order.

Orders Weighing Less Than 1 lb.

Orders under 1 lb. (approx. 40 standard 18-inch foil balloons or 2 bags of latex balloons) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which typically takes 3 to 7 business days. These orders do not include guaranteed delivery times.

If your order under 1 lb. needs to arrive by a specific date, please leave a note in the shipping comments when placing your order. We will reach out via phone or email if we anticipate any delivery challenges.

Orders Weighing Over 1 lb.

Orders over 1 lb. are shipped using FedEx, UPS, Purolator, Uni Uni, or other trusted courier partners.

Please refer to the FedEx Ground shipping map from our warehouse to all 48 contiguous US states for general transit times.

Example of Estimated Shipping Time

If you place an order on Monday and shipping requires four business days, the order is expected to arrive Friday—assuming no delays.

Please note: The day the order is placed is not counted as a business day.

We strongly encourage customers to plan ahead and allow for a few extra days just in case.

Express Shipping: Costs & Delivery Time

Express Priority Shipping (via FedEx or UPS) to the mainland USA generally arrives the next business day.
Pricing is calculated at checkout based on weight and/or dimensional weight.

• Starting at $19.84 – Final cost depends on order size and weight

• Note: Bulky items cost more to ship

2-Business-Day Express Shipping is available for faster delivery, arriving in two business days.

• Starts at $15.92 – Final price depends on weight

Important:
Our checkout system does not support express shipping for certain items such as:

• Balloon sticks

• Hi-Float

• Aerosol sprays

• Cups

• Ribbons
