Discrepancy Actions at Checkout

At checkout, you have the option to choose a Discrepancy Action. This option can help speed up the packing and delivery process in case there’s a minor discrepancy with your order.


Our Customer Service Process for Inventory Adjustments

Our customer service agents will always verify the following when making inventory adjustments:

  • Discrepancy actions are intended only for minor issues. If a significant portion of your order is missing, you will be contacted.

  • If you ordered two bags of latex balloons and one bag is unavailable for shipping, you will be contacted even if you chose to substitute with a similar product or request a refund.

  • If you purchased letter or number balloons and we are out of stock, a customer service agent will contact you.

  • Substitutions will only be made with similar products of similar value. For example, we will not substitute an Easter balloon for a Mother's Day balloon.

  • When in doubt, rest assured that you will always be contacted.

  • If we expect more stock soon and know the date you need your order by, we will hold your order and ship it when the stock becomes available again.
