The cut-off time for Next Business Day and 2 Business Day Express Shipping is 4:30 PM EST, Monday to Friday, excluding local holidays.
Party Balloons makes every effort to process and ship all Express orders promptly during business hours. We strive to ship your Priority order the same day, provided it is placed by the 4:30 PM EST cut-off time.
However, please note:
Orders placed later in the day or larger orders may not ship the same day.
In rare cases, courier companies such as FedEx and UPS may pick up earlier due to weather conditions, which may result in your order shipping the next business day.
Express shipping is unavailable during U.S. and Canadian holidays as couriers do not operate on those days.
