Tracking Your Order

All tracking details are sent to the email address used when placing the order. You can also track your order directly on our website by logging into your account and clicking on your order number. This will show you the status of the order and any tracking numbers available.

Ground orders may take 1-3 business days to process before shipping, depending on the current volume of orders. Express orders (Next Business Day/2 Business Day) placed before 4:30 PM EST on a business day are processed and shipped the same day. Orders are processed and shipped during operating hours from Monday to Friday. Please note that holidays may affect shipping times.
