How to Return Products or an Order to Party Balloon

  1. Open a Support Ticket:
    Please contact us by opening a support ticket and include your order number and the list of products you wish to return. Returns must be requested within 30 days from the ship date.

  2. Condition of Returned Products:
    Products being returned must be in saleable condition. If the products are not in saleable condition, a refund will not be issued. We do not accept returns of used or opened bags of accessories, latex balloons, weights, or opened packages of balloons.

  3. Refund Process:
    You will receive a full refund for the cost of the products being returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable, as the courier has already been paid for the delivery.

  4. Processing Time for Returns:
    Please be aware that returns can take up to 30 days to process from the date we receive the returned items.

Late Returns

If you need to return items past the 30-day return window, please contact us and provide details on the products you wish to return. We may accept returns for items that we continue to sell, even after the return window has passed, with one exception: Latex balloons have a shelf life, and Party Balloon does not accept latex balloon returns past 30 days from the shipping date to maintain fresh inventory.

Important Note:
If items are returned more than 30 days after shipment without prior return authorization, Party Balloon reserves the right to refuse the return, and we will not ship the products back to you.

Return Processing Location:

All returns are processed at the Party Balloon Head Office and Warehouse, located in USA 65 Glendale Ave Edison, NJ 08817.


Exchanges

Unfortunately, Party Balloon does not offer exchanges. Returns and new purchases are handled as separate transactions. If you need to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you require.
