We are unable to cancel an order that has already shipped. If this happens, the order must be returned to us. Please refer to our return policy and instructions for more details.

If your order has not shipped, please open a support ticket to request the cancellation. Include your order number and relevant details in the ticket. A customer service agent will be assigned to your case and will proceed with the cancellation request.

Submitting a cancellation request will place your order on "On Hold" status to prevent it from shipping. Once the cancellation is processed, the transaction will be voided or refunded. A confirmation email will be sent once the cancellation is complete.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the voided transaction or refund to be processed.
