If your order was submitted with an incorrect address, please open a support ticket, and a customer service agent will assist you further. You may also contact us by phone at 1-732-382-3600, and an agent can make the change for you if the order has not yet started processing.
Submitting a change request will update the status of your order to "On Hold." This is done to prevent the order from shipping to the incorrect address. Once the order reaches our customer service department, the agent assigned to your case will proceed with updating your address to the correct one provided. You will receive an email confirmation once the changes have been applied.
If the order has already been shipped and is in transit, we will not be able to make the change directly. However, we will contact the courier company and make every attempt to have the parcel rerouted to the correct address. Please note that address redirection may cause delays to your delivery. If rerouting is not possible, we will attempt to have the parcel returned to us. Please be aware that courier companies are not always willing to retrieve parcels.
Additionally, address corrections while orders are in transit may incur an extra charge, as courier companies typically charge for changes after the order has departed from our warehouse.
