Shipping Restrictions – Party Balloon

Party Balloon does not ship to the following countries due to customs clearance challenges or other logistical issues:

  • Mexico

  • Russia

  • Uruguay

  • Chile

  • Jordan

  • Ukraine

  • Ascension Island

  • Tristan da Cunha

  • Kosovo

  • Brazil

Additionally, Party Balloon is unable to ship to the following countries because FedEx and UPS do not provide service to these destinations:

  • Cuba

  • Iran

  • Johnston Island

  • North Korea

  • Nauru

  • Niue

  • Syria

  • Wake Island
