A confirmation email is sent immediately after an order is placed online. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please follow these steps:
Check if the order is processed. To verify, go back to our website and check if your shopping cart is empty. If your order is still in the cart, it means your order did not complete. You may have entered your credit card number incorrectly or thought you were on the final checkout page. You should reach the final checkout page with a confirmation number and a copy of your order displayed.
Check your email inbox. If your shopping cart is empty, make sure to check your spam, promotional, or junk mail folders to ensure the confirmation email did not end up elsewhere.
Review your online banking. You may also want to check your online banking app to confirm if the transaction was processed.
Verify the email address. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, it’s likely that the email address was misspelled when you placed your order. Please open a support ticket, call us at 1-732-382-3600. Provide as much information as possible, including your email address, the name on the order, phone number used, and the confirmation number (if available). We will locate your order and send you a new confirmation email.
