Pick-Up Option at Our Mississauga Warehouse

Party Balloons offers customers the option to pick up orders directly from our Mississauga warehouse between Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM. You can choose your preferred pick-up date during the checkout process, and same-day pick-up is available.

We recommend placing your order online before arriving to:

• Reduce wait times due to high order volume

• Ensure your items are packed and ready upon arrival

You may also place an order in person, but please be aware that in-person orders may experience longer packing times.

Pick-Up Notification

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification confirming it's available for pick-up.

Important Notes:

• Your order will only be available on the specified pick-up date you selected at checkout.

• If you'd like to pick up earlier, simply reply to the “Ready for Pick-up” email to request a new date.

• If your scheduled date has passed, a customer service agent will reach out via phone and/or email to reschedule.

If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please call us at 1-732-382-3600, and an agent will assist you.

Shipping Option for Southern Ontario

Prefer delivery? Party Balloons also offers ground shipping within Southern Ontario for a flat rate of $8.92. Delivery can be as fast as one business day (not including processing times). If your order is urgent, please leave a note in the shipping comments box at checkout with your desired delivery date.

How to Place a Pick-Up Order

1. At checkout, enter your complete “Bill To” information.

2. Ensure your postal code is located in Southern Ontario.

3. Select ON (Ontario) as your province.

Only then will the pickup option appear.
