Ground orders may take 1–3 business days to process, depending on our current order volume. Express orders placed before the cut-off time (4:30 PM EST) are typically processed and shipped the same business day.
While Party Balloons does pick and pack orders on Sundays, courier companies do not pick up shipments until the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons or due to poor weather conditions.
