A "Misrouted" parcel indicates that the shipment has been delayed due to a routing error. Here is an example of a message you may see when tracking a misrouted package:
“A processing error at destination caused this delay; the package was misrouted at the hub. It has been rerouted to the correct destination site.”
This message means the parcel was sent to the wrong location but is now being re-sorted and redirected to the correct delivery site.
Typically, this issue takes 1–2 business days to resolve.
