Party Balloons ships all orders from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

Ground Shipping

• Cost: Flat rate of $8.92 plus tax to all of Canada.

• Delivery Time: Between 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

  Note: A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Express Shipping

Priority Express Shipping options are available at checkout.

• Next Business Day Delivery: Available to most of Canada, but rural areas may take longer and may be shipped with a Postal Courier.

• Order Cutoff: Express orders placed before 4:30 P.M. EST on a business day are expected to ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight or dimensional weight, and all shipments are traceable.
