To request a specific product, please open a support ticket and include the following information:
An image, product code, or a link to the item
Quantity needed
Your location
The date by which you need the product
We’ll review your request and get back to you with details.
If the item is already in stock, we will send you a direct link to it on the Party Balloon website.
If it’s not currently stocked, we will check whether it can be sourced and how long it would take to arrive.
Please note, we may not be able to stock a product for the following reasons:
It is exclusive to another retailer
It does not meet our quality standards
It is not licensed for sale in North America
It has been discontinued by the manufacturer
It is a newly released item not yet available through distributors
We stock a similar item instead (though we may still be able to source your requested product)
