To request a specific product, please open a support ticket and include the following information:

  • An image, product code, or a link to the item

  • Quantity needed

  • Your location

  • The date by which you need the product

We’ll review your request and get back to you with details.

  • If the item is already in stock, we will send you a direct link to it on the Party Balloon website.

  • If it’s not currently stocked, we will check whether it can be sourced and how long it would take to arrive.

Please note, we may not be able to stock a product for the following reasons:

  • It is exclusive to another retailer

  • It does not meet our quality standards

  • It is not licensed for sale in North America

  • It has been discontinued by the manufacturer

  • It is a newly released item not yet available through distributors

  • We stock a similar item instead (though we may still be able to source your requested product)
